At this time we do not accept insurance. ‘Superbills’ are provided on request which are documented bills of service with codes. A superbill can be presented to your insurance company for reimbursement, up to 90% can be reimbursed depending on your insurance plan. You can call your insurance company to see what amount they will reimburse you for services. This will require you to pay cash for the service and submit a claim to your insurance with your superbill. The insurance company will then send you a check. Not all insurance companies reimburse for out of network providers, but it is easy to call and find out. Alternatively, you can use money from your Flexible Spending Account or Health Saving Account.

$500 an hour, appointment length time varies.
Payment will be collected the morning of your appointment.
If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged for your appointment time.
